8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

    Make the Tomato Topping: In a bowl, mix the halved cherry tomatoes with minced garlic, fresh basil, a pinch of salt, and a dash of olive oil. Stir gently and let it marinate while you prepare the bread.
