Strawberry Mango Popsicles

Beat the heat with these Tropical Bliss Strawberry Mango Popsicles! Packed with fresh strawberries and ripe mangoes, blended with coconut water and a splash of lime juice for a refreshing twist. Sweeten to your liking with honey or agave syrup, and freeze for a delightful treat. Perfect for summer gatherings or a healthy snack, these pops are as easy to make as they are delicious. Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup ripe mango, diced

1/2 cup coconut water

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, coconut water, honey (or agave syrup), and lime juice. Blend on high until smooth.

    Taste the mixture to adjust sweetness, adding more honey if desired.

      Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

        Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.

          Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

            To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

              Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy your refreshing tropical popsicles!
