Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes)

1/4 cup agave syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)

1 cup sparkling water or soda

Mint leaves for garnish

Lime wedges for garnish

Ice cubes

Coarse sea salt for rimming glasses (optional)

Instructions

Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and lime juice. Blend until smooth. You can strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother texture.

Sweeten It Up: Add the agave syrup to the blended strawberry and lime mixture, and blend again to combine thoroughly.

Prepare Glasses: If desired, rim your glasses with lime juice and dip them into coarse sea salt for a salty contrast to the sweet drink.

Mix the Mocktail: In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry-lime mixture with sparkling water. Stir gently to mix while retaining the fizz.

Serve: Fill the prepared glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top.

Garnish: Add a few fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge to each glass for an extra touch of flavor and color.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Lime Mocktail Margarita!
