Ingredients
  

2 cups of ripe watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

1 cup of coconut water (preferably chilled)

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

Juice of 1 lime

1-2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

Ice cubes (as desired)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, coconut water, sliced banana, Greek yogurt (if using), fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.

    Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and evenly incorporated.

      Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave if needed.

        Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
