2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Toppings:

Fresh peach slices

Granola

Chia seeds

Shredded coconut

Sliced almonds

Fresh mint leaves

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little extra almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

      Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

        Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, smoothing the top out with a spoon.
