Ingredients
  

1 ripe peach, peeled and pitted

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh peach slices and chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Blend the Peach: In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted peach with honey and Dijon mustard. Blend until smooth.

    Add Balsamic Vinegar: Pour in the balsamic vinegar and blend again until well combined.
