1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon orange zest (for an extra citrus kick)

1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)

Instructions
 

Start by preparing your ingredients. Peel and segment the orange, ensuring to remove any seeds.

    In a blender, combine the almond milk, orange segments, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and orange zest.
