8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup jarred pimentos, drained and chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Crackers or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

    Gradually add the grated sharp cheddar cheese to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.

      Fold in the chopped pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper (if using), and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

        Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed. Adjust seasoning based on your preference.

          Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
