Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the croissant dough package and carefully unroll it on a clean, flat surface.

Separate the individual triangles and lay them out, wide end facing you.

Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the wide end of each triangle.

Top with a few pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning for added flavor.

Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the point to form a crescent shape. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, point side down.

Brush the tops of each croissant roll with the beaten egg to give them a golden finish while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
