1 ¾ cups milk

1 large egg

¼ cup butter, melted

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers

Cooking spray (for the waffle iron)

Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Extra chocolate sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

      Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers into the batter. This will add the S’mores flavor to each bite.

        Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions and lightly grease it with cooking spray.

          Once preheated, pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the center of the waffle iron (about ¾ cup, but this varies by waffle iron). Close the lid and cook according to your waffle iron’s guidelines, usually about 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

            Carefully remove the waffles from the iron and place them on a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining batter.
