Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

1 pound thinly sliced deli ham

1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Rolls: Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer the Ham and Cheese: On top of the bottom half of the rolls, evenly layer the sliced ham and then the Swiss cheese.

Add the Top Half of the Rolls: Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese layer.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds (if using).

Brush the Sauce: Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, ensuring every roll is well coated.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
