4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons coconut oil (or unsalted butter)

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F to 400°F).

    Prepare the Peaches: In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil (or butter), brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt until combined. Brush this mixture generously over the cut sides of the peach halves.
