Fruit Salad - with honey lime dressing (EASY)

Ingredients
  

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup diced pineapple

1 cup diced kiwi

1 cup grapes, halved

1 cup diced mango

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional for garnish)

For the Honey Lime Dressing:

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Zest of 1 lime

Pinch of salt

Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced pineapple, diced kiwi, halved grapes, and diced mango. Gently toss them together to mix.
