2 bundles of fresh ramen noodles

2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust for spice preference)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon miso paste

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 soft-boiled egg (optional, for topping)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Creamy Garlic Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste
