1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 large cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion.

    Add the crumbled feta cheese and freshly chopped parsley to the bowl.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Pour the dressing over the chickpea and vegetable mixture.
