Ingredients

220g Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb flavor)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Olive oil spray or melted butter (for drizzling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, thyme, smoked paprika, and fresh parsley. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Take the Boursin cheese and carefully shape it into small balls or keep it in one piece depending on your preference.

Dip each ball of cheese (or the piece) first into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.

Next, roll it in the panko mixture, pressing gently to make sure the breadcrumbs adhere well to the cheese. If desired, you can double dip in the egg and panko for extra crunch.

Place the coated cheese on the prepared baking sheet. Once all pieces are coated, lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil or melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the coating is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers, sliced vegetables, or spread on a baguette. Enjoy your delicious crispy Boursin!
