Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup green olives, pitted and roughly chopped

1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped (packed in oil, drained)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese. Beat with a hand mixer or fork until smooth and creamy.

Add the chopped green olives, kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes to the cheese mixture. Stir until well incorporated.

Mix in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Be cautious with salt since feta and olives are already salty.

Transfer the spread to a serving dish and garnish with additional parsley if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
