1 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced apple, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries (or raisins).

    In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well blended.
