1 bell pepper, cut into squares (any color)

1 medium onion, cut into wedges

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

    Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes if using, to prevent burning.

      Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

        Form the chicken mixture into sausage shapes around the skewers, leaving some space at the ends. Aim for about 3-4 sausage shapes per skewer depending on their length.

          Thread the bell pepper squares and onion wedges onto the skewers, alternating with the chicken sausages.

            In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Brush the skewers with the oil mixture to enhance flavor and prevent sticking.
