Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie chicken)

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of whole grain bread

2 tablespoons butter, softened

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, diced tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
