2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or spinach for added flavor)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

¼ cup diced tomatoes (optional)

¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves in the center, followed by a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture. If desired, sprinkle diced tomatoes and black olives over the top.

      Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        Grill the Wraps: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip the wraps and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy and heated through.
