Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

Make the Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and softened cream cheese. Mix well until both cheeses are fully incorporated.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture in the center. Layer on some fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and about 1/4 of the sliced chicken. Be careful not to overfill.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, securely enclosing the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy. You can also microwave them for a few seconds to melt the cheese more thoroughly if desired.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of salsa.
