Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh celery sticks and tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the Frank’s Buffalo Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Fold in the shredded cooked chicken, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and blue cheese if using. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.

Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) and smooth the top with a spatula.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with fresh celery sticks and tortilla chips for dipping.
