12 oz bow tie pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and olives, and place them into a large mixing bowl.

      Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Combine: Once the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl of vegetables. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
