Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pickles, sliced

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup yellow mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to combine.

Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the Big Mac sauce in the center of the tortilla.

Layer the Ingredients: Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and shredded cheese on top of the sauce.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Optional Grilling: If desired, grill the wrapped tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown, to give them a crispy texture.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half for easy eating and serve them with additional Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
