1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 lemons

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until everything is well blended.

      In a large baking dish, add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Pour the butter-lemon mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to ensure all shrimp are well coated.

        Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish for even cooking. If desired, place some lemon slices on top of the shrimp for added flavor.
