Ingredients

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Marinate the Steak: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the cubed steak and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Steak Bites: Place the marinated steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to do this in batches. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Rest and Serve: Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
