1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make sure they are completely dry to ensure the coating sticks.

    Set Up Breading Stations:

      - In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

        - In a second bowl, whisk the large eggs.

          - In a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.

            Bread the Shrimp:

              - Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.

                - Next, dip the coated shrimp into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.

                  - Finally, coat the shrimp in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

                    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

                      Air Fry the Shrimp:

                        - Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.

                          - Lightly spray the shrimp with cooking spray or olive oil spray for extra crispiness.

                            - Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are golden brown and cooked through.
