Ingredients

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

3 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger (if using). Set aside.

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes, frequently stirring, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add the Sauce: Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and glaze the chicken.

Garnish: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Serve: Serve hot over rice, quinoa, or alongside steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
